Step 1 – Cleanse Before each use, thoroughly cleanse your face and dry it completely. If you use a moisturizer or sunscreen, apply it first and leave it on for 10 minutes. Only then apply the ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT. Depending on your skin type, ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT can be applied over or under makeup. Try both methods to see what works best for you.

Step 2 – Application: Lightly dampen the tip of the brush and work a very small amount of ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT into the brush tip. Using the brush, apply the cream first to the problem areas: dark circles, under the eyes, crow's feet, forehead, between the eyes, laugh lines, around the mouth, and all areas with large pores.

Step 3 – Wait 7 minutes. Relax your facial features for 7 minutes; do not laugh, talk, or look down. Simply sit back and wait for 7 minutes so that ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT can work effectively and tighten your skin. You will only achieve maximum results if you remain completely still. Dry skin
For dry skin, simply apply less ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT or use it only on problem areas and not on the entire face to achieve the desired result. For very dry skin, you can first apply ADONIA STEMULIFT cream to your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. This will provide your skin with excellent base moisture. Then use ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT as usual.

Eyes
Apply ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT under your eyes, working from the inner corner outwards. Then apply the cream to the crow's feet next to your eyes. Finally, apply it to the frown lines between your eyes.

cheeks
When applying ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT to your cheeks, be sure to smooth the cream over your cheekbones to the midpoint between your ears and eyes, just as you would apply blush. You wouldn't just apply blush to your cheeks, but also up to your cheekbones and temples.

Oily skin
If you use sunscreen on combination or oily skin, allow it to absorb for 10 minutes before using ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT. ATHENA 7 MINUTE LIFT makes skin appear clearer and more even than makeup. For a perfect finish, apply a little powder.
